Samsung: The Pole Star of the Digital World
Samsung has been a revelation in the mobile world, launching products that have redefined and set the benchmarks for others in the digital domain. The Korean Giants have made the most of the technological upheaval; that has dominated the world in the last few decades, and their relentless marketing campaign has only strengthened their foothold in the market. They have had a great year so far, with the launch of the galaxy S5 being a grand success, exceeding the glorious reviews its predecessor, the hugely successful Samsung Galaxy S4 had garnered.
Samsung has always been a brand to reckon with in the digital world. Their futuristic design, technical genius and cost cutting production methods have always generated huge returns for the Korean giants. Though some of their policies, such as major focus on marketing and advertising have not been taken well by their compatriots who brush them off as ‘flimsy’, yet these unconventional methods seem to have given them a huge market leadership.
Samsung’s products are also unique in their customer-serving abilities. They have a great knack to identify the areas which need to be developed in order to satisfy a greater client base. Added to that, they quickly identify potential markets and start adding features to their universal models which can meet the specific requirements of customers who belong to a certain geographic boundary or demographic set-up.
It will suffice to say that Samsung’s position as the market leader in electronic products seems to be comfortable, at least in the foreseeable future. They, however, have to be on their toes and keep on producing innovative goods in order to match up to the constant upgrades and services being provided by their compatriots, all of whom want to have a lion’s share of the market.
